Apparently this unruly passenger had driven his fellow passengers crazy enough with his yelling, slapping and spitting at them! So a little duct tape fixed the problem. Apparently duct tape and zip ties are considered standard protocol when restraining a passenger, who knew? He was arrested after the flight....
