The 40th Freihofer's Run for Women was Saturday downtown. I love that it is in Capital Park. Such a great atmosphere. Over 3500 women participated this year. The start of the race is something to see. The finish is very inspiring as well. I talked to one woman who has run in each the last 30 races! That is pretty incredible.
Our Tracy from the morning show ran in her very first race. We tried to spot her in the beginning of the race. Didn't see her but maybe you can. Watch for a white hat and a blue shirt. We did see her cross the finish line. If you ran see if you can spot yourself or someone you know.
Moriah Formica sang the national anthem. That is on the first video. Man can she sing!
