Major plans are being unveiled for the former ALCO site in Schenectady.

It will now be known as "Mohawk Harbor." Developer Galesi Group has secured a contract to put up a 124 room hotel.

Chief Operating Officer David Buicko says they'll also offer an opportunity to live and shop by the water. <PSI_END_OBJECT>

Buicko adds several several potential operators have approached them about a casino.  Before an application is submitted before the June 30th deadline, a deal would have to be in place. Buicko says there isn't one - yet.

There will be an actual harbor, with 50 boat slips into the river.
