A second guilty plea in the murder of two teens last summer. 17-year-old Anthony Brasmeister will be spending 25 years to life in prison for his participation in the murders of 13-year-old Jonathan DeJesus and 16-year-old Paul Damphier on July 9th. Brasmeister entered his plea in Montgomery County Court Tuesday. The gunman, 16-year-old Matt Phelps has previously pleaded guilty. Because he was younger when the crime was committed, his sentence will be 15 years to life.
